Information for Debtors

 

 

 

The Community Board reminds all owners that it is authorized by the relevant resolutions and the Act on the Ownership of Premises for carry out debt collection. The Management Board has the right to take action against community debtors from the first day on which the debt arises. 

We remind you that in accordance with the Act Art. 15.1, community fees are payable in advance by the 10th day of each month without a seprate notice. 

 Due to consistent indebtedness to the Community of some owners, having obtained appropriate legal advice the Community Board decided to stop providing additional community services such as active building entry chips and garage remote controls, intercom and security staff services, guest services, receiving of packages and postal items on behalf of owners and cleaning of garage spaces to apartment owners who have more than a minor debt to the Community, as well as to their tenants. Any debt equalling two to three months' fees is automatically considered a major debt. 

These additional community services will be reinstated as soon as the debt is settled in full. Meanwhile such debtors can enter the Community by the main reception or by calling the building security using the intercom from the garage, or from another entrance to the building. The building security will not be able to notify apartment owners or their tenants of any guests' arriving.  Debtors have to open entrance doors to their guests on their own.

Technical and maintenance work in the four communities
